Microbial use efficiency is thought to greatly influence organic carbon storage in soils through the formation of decomposition products and their stabilization as organo-mineral complexes. Earthworm activity may play a significant role these processes. Of three ecological earthworm groups only two (endogeic anecic species) are be involved soil (SOC) they living mineral soil. The aim this study was investigate produced, with without minerals, by epigeic earthworms at litter-soil interphase for stabilization. We investigated impact eight different types on CO2 emissions, microbial biomass, watersoluble C, N SOC pool allocation an arenic cambisol during 79 days under laboratory conditions.
